As a body oil, use on its own after your shower or bath, pour supple quantity onto palm, rub your palms to warm the oil and bring them to your face and inhale the oil deeply, then massage gently onto the body in circular motions.

As a massage oil, use supple quantity for full body massage, or for a light massage around neck and shoulders area before sleep.
